As Managing Director and Principal Architectural Designer at Design & Drafting Limited, I am incredibly proud of what we have produced and delivered since the company began. With over 20 years of experience as a designer, I cherish the variety and challenges that the industry offers.
Outside of Design & Drafting Limited, I enjoy riding my motorcycle around the country and spending quality time with my sons and my family.

Vaughan Bayley
SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
As a Senior Architectural Designer, I can draw on more than 35 years of experience from my time in South Africa, London and New Zealand together with my degree in architecture from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa to give my clients the dream home or commercial building they have always wanted. My passion for Architecture and problem solving has led to some interesting design solutions with several awards won using my design expertise. I have experience in a wide variety of Architectural styles and range of projects and love a challenge.
Outside of work, I currently serve as a Director of the ADNZ (Architectural Designers of New Zealand), am the leader of and run a Young Mariners group at Lake Karapiro, and call Tauwhare home.
